El Rodeo sends all parcels from Sydney, Australia (NSW). Orders placed in Australia, Monday to Friday, will be posted within 48 hours. Please allow an extra day or two for peak and sale periods, this is a one person operation. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent out the proceeding Monday morning. International orders, please allow up to three business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Once your order has shipped you will be sent a tracking number so you can trace your order.

Standard Postage Our standard parcel service covers all of Australia, delivering your package within 2 or more business days. This service is free with orders over $70, or for orders under $70 there is a small $5 charge to cover packaging and registering your order so it is traceable.
Patches and prints are sent as letters, so they will not come with tracking. These are posted FREE within Australia. If you wish to have the option for registered post on your patches or prints, please contact PRIOR to ordering, and a small fee of $3 will be added to post.
Express Post Australia Post Express Post guarantees Next Day Delivery if you are within their network. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but Australia Post’s Next Day Delivery Guarantee does not cover your item. We charge $10 for express shipping, this can be selected when you reach checkout. Please note we can only guarantee same day shipping via Express if your order is placed before Midday.
El Rodeo uses Australia Post to handle worldwide orders. We currently offer two methods of international post- Standard Air (a little slower, no tracking, but cheaper), and Priority Air (faster, trackable, but a few dollars more).
If you elect STANDARD SHIPPING at checkout, please be advised this is a cheaper shipping option and Australia Post does not offer tracking for this. This option usually takes a little longer, and you will not be able to trace your package via the Australia Post portal. If you elect this option, you will be given a customs number via email once your order has been shipped. If you are worried your order is taking too long to get to you, please take this number to your local post office, as they will be able to trace it for you. We are unable to trace any packages from our end if the cheapest shipping option is elected- once they have been shipped it is out of our hands.
We started to offer this cheaper option due to the high request of people not wanting to pay full price for traceable shipping. Please be advised, if you elect this option you are doing so at your own risk and we will not be held responsible if your item is lost. We don't usually have any issues with this method of shipping, but please keep all of the above points in mind before emailing us asking why you cannot track your parcel.
Please note your local customs office may apply additional charges (Import tax & duties) to your goods upon arrival into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. For further information on these charges you should contact your local post office as charges vary from country to country. Be advised that El Rodeo is required to declare the total value of goods on every international custom form.
