We are happy to replace or refund brand new items if they are defective or damaged.

This policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If your purchase is incorrectly sized we are able to offer you a size exchange or store credit if product not available (excluding shipping costs). If you need to exchange an incorrectly sized item you must notify El Rodeo within 14 days of shipping and we will give you details how to return it. Due to a high turnover of stock we cannot guarantee that we will have an alternate size available, in this instance store credit will be issued.
All returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Garments not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer. Items that smell of perfume/deodorant or have make up or tanning marks will not be accepted, so please take care when trying on your garments. El Rodeo reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item was faulty, however we offer complimentary outward shipping for your first size change (valid for customers within Australia only). We recommend returns be sent by a traceable and insured method as we are not responsible for loss or damage to the item during return shipping. Please ensure that you enclose your name, address, phone number and return details in the parcel, so we know who it's from and where it's going.
We do not refund vintage wear unless it has been grossly misrepresented. All our vintage wear has been around and will have signs of wear, which we take a great deal of time photographing and describing.
